I, through some bizarre and twisted freak of nature have become the ruler of the largest area of the planet. Don't know quite how that happened, but??..

Over the centuries the Russians have had a pretty bad time, as a peasant culture they were mercilessly beaten by both the Tsars and the communists in their turn. I want to turn this around. Through a period of intense restructuring, I aim over the next few decades to turn Russia and he surrounding areas into a land of plenty. Compulsory education will be applied to all up until the age of 21, creating a nation full of university graduates, making us the most forward thinking nation on the planet.

Financial restructuring will allow all to enjoy a happy and fulfilled life, free from the hardships that have plagued these people for centuries. Working together we shall make Russia a land of plenty, in which every member will be proud to be part of.

Then, around fifty years from now, I shall unleash a hidden store of thermonuclear weapons from underneath the Siberian plateau. The resulting fires will destroy all that was my land, killing everyone, Blokes, Bitches and Whining little brats.
